We appreciate that from time to time, an emergency arises or something unplanned crops up and you cannot make your appointment.  We understand.  That’s life!


If you do have an emergency or are sick, or have something unexpected occur, please call us within 24 hours, or as soon as practicably possible. 

We appreciate those who take the time to let us know.


Many Salons enforce a ‘Cancellation Policy’, but we also respect those whom take the time to let us know they cannot attend their appointment. 

However, if you are a “no show” to your appointment without any explanation and have done so in excess of 3 times, you may be asked for a non-refundable 50% deposit when you book next. 

For Colour Bookings, we can ask a 35% No Show Fee for you.  Because so much time is booked out for you, this means a lot of wasted time and unfilled hours for our Stylists and with No Show, we cannot get this time filled in sufficient time.

If you do not show and do not inform us, or cancel only a few hours prior to your scheduled appointment, this hugely effects our business.  There is loss of profitable time, a monetary loss in wages; all of which are unable to be recuperated.  Our Stylists are unable to fill appointments at short notice, and for those Clients booked in weeks ahead, they may have appreciated your appointment.


We will always do our best by you, so please do consider that our time is valuable and your failure to turn up or cancel at short notice effects many people.

Cancellation & Amendments

Wedding Services

A provisional confirmation of availability for a requested date does not constitute a booking. In order to secure your wedding booking we may require a $150 non-refundable deposit.  This will then be deducted from your overall total on the day. 

Customer Satisfaction

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your Service, we will offer a free Service(s) to rectify the situation for you.  You will need to call us within 48 hours and we will not rectify your, or another Salon's work, for free.  We do not Refund, but we do ensure you that our qualified Stylists are professionals who put the intregity of your hair first and customer satisfaction is a priortiy.  Our Consultation process is always very clear so you are aware of what is best and achieveable for the long-term.
